The Finance Department is one of the major systems in  the hospital organizational structure and composed of 3 Departments Accounting, Cash and Collection, Billing and Claims. The CC-IHOM Unit has been created to handle the computerization of the hospital.

The Office of the Chief Finance Officer directs and manages the activities and functions of Finance departments/sections; and implements policies and guidelines for the delivery of effective and efficient support services.
