Description |
OPD Consultation |
This is an avenue for initial advice and instructions for new patients, as well as for follow up consults for patients with previous ears, nose, or throat related problems. |
Aural toilette |
This procedure is the removal of retained or impacted cerumen, discharge, blood, or foreign bodies in the external ear canal |
Foreign Body Removal |
This is for patients who have foreign body obstruction or impalement on either the ears, nose, or throat and who may require further assessment and definitive removal of the foreign body in the affected region. |
Video laryngoscopy |
This is a diagnostic procedure performed to examine the larynx using a 70-degree rigid endoscope which may aid in managing patients with foreign body impaction, hoarseness and voice complaints |
Video nasal endoscopy |
This is a diagnostic procedure performed to examine the intranasal structures and the nasopharynx using a zero, 30-, and/or 70-degree rigid nasal endoscope which may aid in managing patients with rhinosinusitis, epistaxis or patients with nasal foreign bodies. |
Creation of palatal obturators |
Palatal obturators are prostheses used by patients with defect on the hard palate (ie. cleft palate patients, patients who underwent total or subtotal maxillectomies) who needed to occlude their defects to facilitate feeding, help healing, and prevent other sequelae and complications related to hard palate defects. |
Minor surgeries |
Minor surgical procedures include excision of cysts and small masses, punch/core/wedge biopsy that can be managed accordingly at the minor operating room. |
Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy |
Fine needle aspiration biopsy offers one of the most accurate and most cost-effective method for evaluating masses in the head and neck. In this procedure, a sample is obtained from the mass with the use of a syringe. |
Sleep Study/ Polysomnography |
Polysomnography is used for the diagnosis of patients who are suspected to have obstructive sleep apnea or other sleep disorders. |
Hearing Tests |
This procedure is done to evaluate the hearing of a client via pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry and tympanometry |
Intermaxillary-mandibular fixation (IMMF) |
Intermaxillary Mandibular Fixation is used for temporary fragment stabilization of mandibular fracture before definitive treatment. |
